SpectacleHome sells and delivers prescription glasses and sunglasses only. We do not sell, dispense or deliver medicines, eye drops, or any pharmaceutical or medicinal product. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected in the course of those eyewear transactions.
Virtual try-on never uploads your photo or camera feed. Face fitting happens entirely inside your browser, and the file that performs it is served from this website — no third party is involved and no image ever reaches our servers.
We never receive your card, UPI or bank credentials. Those go directly to PhonePe.
To take and fulfil your order, to make lenses to the correct prescription, to contact you about your order, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
Only where necessary: our payment provider (PhonePe), our delivery partner, our optical laboratory for prescription work, and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your personal data.
Order and tax records are kept as long as Indian law requires. Prescription records are retained so we can safely remake or verify lenses later. Prescription records are kept for three years so lenses can be safely remade or checked; order and tax records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires.
The site is served over HTTPS. Prescription files are stored outside the public web folder and are readable only by authorised staff after signing in — they are never placed at a public URL.

We use a session cookie during checkout, and your bag is stored in your own browser (localStorage) — not on our servers. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party tracking scripts on this site.
