SpectacleHome delivers prescription glasses and sunglasses only. We do not sell, dispense or deliver medicines, eye drops, or any pharmaceutical or medicinal product.
We deliver across India. We do not currently ship internationally.
Non-prescription items are usually despatched within 2 working days of payment.
Prescription eyewear is made to order. The lenses are only started once we have received and verified your prescription and pupillary distance, so the clock begins from that point, not from the time of payment. Typical making time is 5–7 working days.
Once despatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location. Remote PIN codes may take longer.
Delivery charges are fixed per state and are set by us. The exact delivery fee for your state is always shown at checkout once you have entered your delivery address — before any payment is taken. We do not display a rate table here because rates are updated in our system and this page would otherwise go out of date.
We will contact you on the mobile number given at checkout with despatch and tracking details.
You are welcome to collect from either clinic instead — this also lets our opticians adjust the fit in person, which we recommend for any prescription pair.
